Danlantamal menyambut kedatangan Pangdam I/BB bersama Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah Sumatera Barat (Forkopimda Sumbar) antara lain, Kapolda Sumbar Irjen Pol Drs Toni Harmanto, Danrem 032/WBR Brigjen TNI Arief Gajah Mada, Danlanud Sutan Syahrir Kabinda Sumbar Drs Suwondo, M.I.P. dan undangan lainnya.
Kegiatan penyambutan pejabat militer di Padang oleh Danlantamal II bersamaan dengan Forkompinda Sumbar yang merupakan bagian dari meningkatkan hubungan silaturahmi antar sesama Forkompinda, sekaligus sesama pejabat Militer.
Hal ini selaras dengan perintah harian Kepala Staf TNI Angkatan Laut Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono, SE, MM, agar selalu menjalin “Soliditas Dengan Segenap Komponen Pertahanan Dan Keamanan Negara Menuju Sinergitas Dalam Kemestaan”.
Dalam penyambutan Pangdam I/BB di VIP Bandara Internasional Minangkabau (BIM) Padang Pariaman tetap mengacu pada protokol Covid-19.
