JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Ketua Komisi VIII DPR, Yandri Susanto akan memanggil Menteri Agama, Fachrul Razi soal rencana pelarangan cadar di instansi pemerintahan pada Kamis mendatang, (07/11/2019).

“Insyaallah kami akan mengundang Pak Menag pada Kamis depan. Isu-isu seperti ini tentu akan menjadi agenda kami untuk mengonfirmasi langsung kepada Pak Menteri dasar pemikirannya melontarkan hal-hal yang menurut saya tidak produktif,” kata Yandri di gedung DPR, Senayan, Jakarta, Kamis (31/10/2019).

Dia mengatakan bahwa argumen Menag soal rencana pelarangan cadar masih terlalu dangkal.

“Menurut saya terlalu dangkal, mensimplekan masalah, seolah kalau orang pakai cadar dan celana cingkrang itu radikal. Ini menyakitkan teman-teman yang pakaiannya seperti itu. Padahal mereka bagian dari yang tak terpisahkan sebagai WNI,” tuturnya.

Ia meminta Menag jangan terlalu mudah menyampaikan pernyataan yang berpotensi memicu munculnya konflik di masyarakat.

“Menurut saya karena sekarang dia sentral mengurusi masalah umat, sebaiknya beliau harus menghadirkan rasa aman, damai, jangan gaduh. Itu tugasnya begitu. Tapi kalau tiba-tiba dengan terminologi yang belum jelas, radikal sama dengan cara orang berpakaian ya itu menurut saya terlalu gegabah,” kata Yandri.

“Jangan sampai persepsinya beda-beda. Nanti bisa terjadi konflik horizontal. Bisa main hakim sendiri. Kalau melihat misal yang didefenisikan pemerintah radikal, rakyat bisa melakukan tindakan anarkis main hakim sendiri,” tegasnya.

Sebelumnya, Menag Fachrul Razi mengatakan tidak ada ayat di Alquran yang mewajibkan ataupun melarang penggunaan cadar atau nikab. Dalam penjelasan terbarunya, Fachrul mengaku tidak dalam posisi melarang cadar, tapi dia mendengar akan ada aturan larangan memasuki instansi pemerintah dengan penutup muka, seperti helm dan sejenisnya.

“Saya denger, saya denger, akan ada keluar aturan tentang masuk ke instansi pemerintah tidak boleh pakai helm dan muka harus kelihatan jelas. Saya kira betullah untuk keamanan. Kalau saya sarankan mungkin, kalau kita ndak ikut-ikut masalah hukumlah ya. Saya kira itu. Kita hanya merekomendasi aturan agamanya aja,” ucap Fachrul Razi di Kemenko PMK, Kamis (31/10/2019).

“Kalau kemudian yang terkait bidang hukum mengeluarkan aturan bahwa instansi pemerintah pakai helm, tidak boleh pakai muka… kelihatan, harus kelihatan. Tinggal tafsirkan aja. Kalau ada orang bertamu ke rumah saya nggak kelihatan mukanya, nggak mau dong saya. Keluar Anda,” tegas Fachrul Razi.
