PALEMBANG,Berita Terkini.Co.Id – Puluhan massa Aksi Unjuk rasa damai masyarakat atas nama Oganisasi Rakyat Sipil Indonesia (ORASI), Kamis (10/5/2023) Menggelar aksi unjuk rasa di kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Sumsel di Jalan Gub HA Bastari, Jakabaring, Palembang.
Koordinator Aksi ORASI Joe Karno mengatakam Hari ini kita melakukan aksi damai, berkumpul di Depan kantor Kejati Sumsel, Menyampaika Aspirasi kami terkait indikasi tindak pidana korupsi di Dinas PUPR Kab.OKI, terkait pembangunan jalan, normalisasi sungai, serta rehap jembatan di kec. Air Sugihan yang kami anggap adanya indikasi mark-up penggunanan anggaran tahun 2022. Kami berharap Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera selatan untuk segera membentuk tim terkait penggunaan anggaran di Kab. OKI’’ Pungkas Koordinator aksi.
Salah satu Koordinator lapangan Ki Moes, yang beroarsi menyampaikan, .Meminta Kejati Sumatera Selatan untuk mengusut dugaan indikasi tindak pidana korupsi yang terjadi, Bahwa diduga adanya Indikasi Satker Dinas Pekerkaan Umun dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir telah melakukan Mark –Up harga dalam kegiatan Normalisasi Saluran Sungai Desa Marga Tani Air Sugihan
Bahwa diduga adanya indikasi tindak pidana korupsi pada Pelaksanaan Rehab Jembatan Jalur 24 Desa Marga Tani Desa Tirta Mulya Kec. Air Sugihan serta Pelaksanaan jalan Rengas abang di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Patut diduga bahwa permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya indikasi tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan secara terstruktur, sistematis, dan massif yang dapat melibatkan berbagai pihak berkompeten yang berkepentingan sehingga kondisi demikian dapat dikategorikan sebagai delik penyalahgunaan kewenangan dan penyalahgunaan kesempatan karena jabatan dengan tujuan menguntungkan diri sendiri.
