Acara ini dihadiri langsung oleh Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif RI Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno sebagai Keynote Speaker.“Jangan ditunda! Inilah saatnya kita berinvestasi. Banyak peluang usaha di sektor Parekraf”, Ujar Sandiaga.
Menparekraf terbuka memberikan bocoran bahwa pihaknya sedang menyiapkan satu tatanan ekonomi baru, yaitu transisi dari pandemi ke pasca pandemi yang sering disebut sebagai endemi, dimana periode ini mencakup antara 3 sampai 6 bulan. Yang mana jika data-data penanganan Covid kita semakin membaik seperti hari ini, rencananya akan diluncurkan dalam waktu singkat.
Sandiaga menambahkan bahwa 6 bulan ini adalah waktu yang tepat untuk kita berinvestasi. Karena kalau kita sudah bergeser menuju endemi, maka peluang-peluang yang ada sudah tidak bisa didapatkan seperti sebelumnya. “Saya berharap, khususnya di Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, banyak peluang yang terbuka. Saya mengajak juga teman-teman anak muda melihat bagaimana kita bisa menjadi tuan rumah di negeri sendiri”, pungkas Menparekraf.
Sekretaris Jenderal BPP HIPMI Bagas Adhadirgha memaparkan bahwa jumlah pengusaha Indonesia saat ini baru sebesar 3,1%, sedangkan syarat untuk menjadi Negara maju membutuhkan jumlah pengusaha 14% dari jumlah penduduk. “Jumlahnya itu cukup signifikan. Oleh karena itu dengan banyak pelatihan-pelatihan maupun organisasi yang menciptakan kawah candera dimuka bagi pengusaha baru itu cukup bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengusaha”, ujar Bagas.
Disamping itu Pembina SAGA Creative Hub Ir. Iskandarini, M.M., PhD mengatakan bahwa seorang Entrepreneur itu haruslah kreatif dan inovatif. Namun tidak cukup sampai disitu, tapi networking juga sangat dipentingkan. Untuk itu sangat dibutuhkan sebuah ekosistem yang saling berkesinambungan mendukung dan saling melengkapi dalam terjalinnya suatu kolaborasi antar pelaku usaha di sektor Ekonomi Kreatif ini.
Adapun acara ini dihadiri oleh lebih dari 780 peserta melalui platform Zoom dan di moderatori oleh Sisi Aspasia yang merupakan seorang media practitioner. Syahrul Akbar selaku Founder SAGA Creative Hub berharap melalui kegiatan ini, anak muda para pelaku usaha khususnya di Kota Medan bisa mendapatkan peran penting dalam perhelatan KTT G-20 Presidency Indonesia sebagai ajang promosi dan networking untuk pemulihan ekonomi nasional.
