Solok, BeritaTerkini.co.id – Calon Wakil Gubernur (Cawagub) Sumatera Barat (Sumbar), Audy Joinaldy mengunjungi penangkaran ikan hias milik komunitas pecinta ikan hias ‘Lubuak Jani Sakato’, Rabu (04/11/20).
Ditemani Pengurus Lubuak Jani Sakato Bidang Pemasaran, Indra YN, Audy mengelilingi penangkaran ikan tersebut. Penangkaran ini memiliki berbagai macam ikan hias seperti ikan cupang, ikan zebra, ikan rainbow, ikan moli, ikan gapi, ikan lou han dan berbagai jenis ikan lainnya.
Audy merupakan salah penggemar ikan hias. Wajah begitu sumringah ketika mengunjungi penangkaran ikan hias ini.
“Saya begitu senang ketika bapak ajak jalan-jalan tadi. Saya juga sering ajak anak saya pergi ke pasar ikan hias Sumenep,” ungkap Milenial Minang ini.
Usai berkeliling, Komunitas Ikan Hias ‘Lubuak Jani Sakato’ melakukan diskusi bersama Cawagub termuda tersebut.
Indra, mengatakan kondisi pandemi sangat menguntungkan bagi penangkar ikan hias. Salah satu penyebabnya aktifitas orang-orang kebanyakan hanya di rumah. Ditambah lagi tren ikan cupang yang menjadi perbincangan hangat di masyarakat.
“Kondisi pandemi permintaan ikan hias sangat meningkat. Terutama jenis ikan cupang yang banyak peminatnya,” kata Indra.
Namun, akibat permintaan yang membludak para penangkar ikan hias kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Hal ini disebabkan karena modal yang kurang memadai.
“Peminat ikan hias di Kota Solok sangat banyak kami pun kewalahan dibuatnya. Sehingga kami kekurangan modal untuk memenuhi permintaan tersebut,” tutur Indra.
Audy memberikan solusi kedepannya untuk mempermudah para pelaku usaha pertanian dalam arti luas tidak kesulitan mencari pinjaman dana usaha melalui institusi jasa keuangan. Tidak hanya melalui perbankan, namun melalui pihak swasta non perbankan di bawah lisensi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
“Saya bisa kenali bapak untuk jaminan usaha. Ini tidak seperti peminjaman yang ada di handphone ataupun lintah darat. Langsung di bawah lisensi OJK. Sistem pembayarannya disesuaikan dengan grace period. Mulai dari pembenihan hingga panen,” jawab Audy.
Selain itu, Audy akan memperluas jaringan pasar Sumbar melalui pemasaran berbasis digital yang bekerjasama dengan platform marketplace.
“Anak saya aja beli ikan cupang online. Ini juga harus diterapkan di Sumatera Barat,” Sambung Audy.
Tidak hanya itu, Indra berharap kepada Audy kedepannya membuatkan program untuk menopang bisnis ikan hias. Misalnya bantuan perluasan lahan penangkaran dan indukan ikan dalam pengembangbiakan.
“Kalau bisa untuk menutupi pasar Sumbar pak (Audy). Kita perlu tempat memadai terutama untuk ikan koi atau bantuan indukan untuk pengembangbiakan sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar,” harap Indra. (Rel)
