Acara tersebut berlangsung di kantor Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) Partai Cinta Negeri di jalan percetakan negara IV no 01 Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat,Minggu 22/11/2020 Pukul 10.00 Wib – selesai.
Susunan acara yaitu: Pembukaan acara deklarasi PCN dengan doa bersama, menyayikan lagu Indonesia Raya, menyanyikan lagu mars PCN ,sambutan ketua dewan pembina ibu Indrawati Soegandi, pengantar oleh ketua umum Bapak DR Samsuri SPd,I,Ma dan di lanjutkan dengan teks deklarasi oleh sekjen ibu Lilis Purwati dan ketum menyapa DPW -DPD Se -Indonesia.
Sekretaris Jenderal PCN Lilis Purwati membacakan teks deklarasi Kami para penggiat Partai Cinta Negeri mulai dari segenap Dewan Pimpinan Pusat -Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah-Dewan Pimpinan Daerah sampai segenap pimpinan cabang dan ranting di seluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia maupun yang berada di luar negeri di mana pun anda berada dengan ini menyatakan: Kami sepenuh nya bertekad untuk mensukseskan visi dan misi partai cinta negeri yaitu terwujud kehidupan Bangsa Indonesia yang beratqwa, aman, sejahtera, adil, dan berdaulat berdasarkan pancasila dan Undang -Undang Dasar 1945 dalam wadah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia .
Dan kami sepenuh nya bertekad untuk menjalankan dan mengemban misi partai cinta negeri yang termasuk dalam 10 butir penting yang tercantum dalam anggaran dasar dan anggaran rumah tangga partai cinta negeri.
Partai Cinta Negeri dengan motto satu nusa, satu bangsa, satu bahasa yaitu Indonesia harus bisa memainkan peran penting dalam dunia perpolitikan secara signifikan di dalam Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
