Kegiatan yang diketahui dari website resmi kabupaten Batu bara dan dibuka secara resmi oleh Bupati Batu Bara Bapak Ir. H. Zahir, M.AP Selaku Ketua Asosiasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Seluruh Indonesia (APKASI) Bidang Pendidikan sepertinya tanpa Memikirkan resiko dampak pada situasi Covid-19 yang sedang trend naik dengan volume meningkat dan akan menyebabkan klaster baru.
Salah satu Tokoh pemuda batu bara Sari Darma Sembiring menyayangkan Kegiatan pengumpulan para OPD dan Camat di salah satu hotel di kota Medan (03/07/2021).
” Sebenarnya Pengen Ketawa Baca beritanya, Tapi Takut dosa. Bayangkan ditengah Presiden Jokowi sedang bekerja keras Hingga menetapkan status PPKM darurat, ditambah perbedaan pendapat antara Gubsu Edy Rahmayadi yang menentang rencana walikota Boby Nasution yang ingin membuka tahun ajaran baru dengan tatap muka, Eh malah Bupati Batu Bara Ir. Zahir Map malah tanpa beban membuka English Training Tatap Muka.
Harusnya Pak Gubernur tentang donk itu Kegiatan Bupati Batu bara yang melakukan training Tatap muka, jangan walikota Medan saja yang ditentang ” Ujarnya.
Menurut pria yang akrab disapa Angling Darma mengatakan dari manapun sumber Anggaran Kegiatan tersebut, kurang pekanya rasa Empati Ir. Zahir Map terhadap perasaan para pelajar yang tetap membayar biaya sekolah namun tidak bisa melakukan belajar tatap muka.
” Saya ga ngerti dengan apa yang sedang terjadi hari jni oleh Bupati kami Bapak Ir. Zahir Map, saya rasa gada urgensi nya Englis Training yang dibuatnya saat ini, malah yang ada dapat diduga akan menyebabkan klaster baru Covid19.
Sedikit lah jaga perasaan Emak-emak dan para pelajar yang sudah memasuki tahap tahun kedua, tetap bayar biaya sekolah walaupun melalui proses belajar tanpa tatap muka dan hanya melalui daring ” Imbuhnya lagi.
Pria yang aktif dalam lembaga Anti Korupsi Badan Peneliti Independen Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara dan Pengawas Anggaran Republik Indonesia Menyarankan untuk mencopot Kepala Badan Kepagawaian Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Batu bara.
” Saya sebenarnya menduga apakah Profesional English Training diadakan karena kemampuan OPD ataupun camat yang ikut menjadi peserta diragukan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris nya oleh Pak Bupati ?
Sebagai Masyarakat Kabupaten Batu bara, Saran saya Pak Bupati copot saja itu Pak Daud kaban BKD. Jika Training dibuat hanya untuk melatih Bahasa Inggris, Harusnya Kepala BKD buat donk syarat kualifikasi untuk menjadi Camat dan OPD syarat pada saat lelang jabatan punya kemampuan dan menguasai Bahasa Inggris secara profesional. Berapa nilai standar minimal TOEFL nya?
Dan saya rasa camat lima puluh pesisir dan camat Nibung Hangus pasti melayani masih menggunakan bahasa Melayu kok belum urgensinya Melayani pakai bahasa Inggris ” Ucapnya Tegas.
Sebelumnya, belum lepas lagi ingatan warga Medan dengan tontonan perdebatan beda pendapat antara Gubernur Sumatera Utara (Sumut) Edy Rahmayadi yang menentang rencana walikota Medan Boby Nasution membuka tahun ajaran baru pelajar dengan tatap muka, Bupati Batu Bara malah dengan gampangnya membuat Training tatap muka di Hotel dengan mengumpulkan para OPD dan Camat
Sebelumnya, Gubernur Sumatera Utara (Sumut) Edy Rahmayadi dan Wali Kota Medan Bobby Nasution berbeda pandangan soal rencana sekolah tatap muka mulai tahun ajaran baru.
Gubernur Edy masih ngotot belum mengizinkan, sementara Walkot Bobby optimistis sekolah tatap muka bisa dilakukan.
Gubernur Edy menyebut, dengan melihat kondisi pandemi Covid-19 di daerah ini, dia tak mau mengorbankan anak-anak hanya karena sekolah tatap muka harus disegerakan.
“Tatap muka belum saya izinkan. Tak mungkin anak-anak kita korbankan hanya gara-gara kita menuntut pendidikan tatap muka,” kata Edy di rumah dinasnya di Medan, Kamis (3/6/2021)
Dia menegaskan, izin untuk sekolah tatap muka tetap ditahannya karena menghindari terjadinya klaster sekolah dan menjaga anak didik dari penularan Covid-19.
Dia pun tak bisa memastikan kapan sekolah tatap muka akan dimulai di Sumut. Apalagi tahun ajaran baru sekolah sudah dekat.
