Bogor, Beritaterkini.co.id- Habib Bahar bin Smith berulah kembali dengan melakukan penganiayaan terhadap terpidana mati yakni Very Idham Henyansyah alias Ryan Jombang di Lembaga Pemasyarakan (Lapas) Khusus Kelas II A Gunung Sindur.
Pengacara Ryan Jombang, Kasman Sangaji, mengatakan kliennya itu kini mengalami perawatan di klinik Lapas Gunung Sindur.
“Bahwa klien saya ini Ryan. diduga dianiaya oleh Habib Bahar, bukan berkelahi. Jadi Ryan memang tidak melakukan perlawanan sama sekali,” ujar Kasman, kepada wartawan, Rabu (18/8/2021) dilansir dari Metroonlinentt.com.
Adapun kejadian tersebut, pihaknya tidak menjelaskan tanggal detailnya, apakah hari Minggu (15/8/2021) atau Minggu pekan sebelumnya.
“Pemukulan itu di duga dilakukan oleh Habib Bahar hingga muka Ryan Jombang sampai memar, “kata Kasman.
Kasman menuturkan dugaan penganiayaan itu dipicu maslah utang. Sebelumnya, Ryan memiliki uang Rp 10 juta dari hasil kiriman orang tua dan keluarganya di Jombang dan uang itu ditabung sejak terpidana mutilasi itu dipenjara di berbagai lapas sejak 2009.
“Kalau permasalahan awalnya itu sebenarnya masalah sepele, jadi Habib Bahar ini beberapa bulan lalu sering meminjam uang ke Ryan, pinjam kadang diganti dan kadang tidak, cuma ketika Ryan meminta (menagih) tidak dikasih,” ujar Kasman, kepada wartawan.
Kasman tidak menjelaskan berapa uang yang dipinjam Habib Bahar dari Ryan Jombang, menurutnya karena sering meminjam duit itu akhirnya Ryan Jombang pada suatu ketika melihat duit di dalam plastik dalam meja di sel Habib Bahar yang pada saat itu sedang dibuka kamar selnya.
“Pada saat Ryan melihat uang dia (Bahar) di atas meja dirinya langsung mengambil uang tersebut dengan dibungkus plastik dan membuangnya ke tempat sampah, hal itu
karena kesal saat dirinya menagih dan tidak diberi oleh Habib Bahar, “tuturnya.
Kasman menambahkan, karena kejadian tersebut Habib Bahar marah. Pada saat itu Ryan langsung minta maaf tetapi karena sudah emosi Habib Bahar langsung menganiaya Ryan Jombang
“Kemarahan Habib Bahar tidak berakhir pada saat itu, justru pada hari Minggu itulah puncak kemarahannya dimana tangan Ryan digores pakai pisau dan dianianya hingga Ryan dibawa ke klinik guna menjalani perawatan, tindakan itulah yang saya kecam,” tegas Kasman.
Sementara itu disinggung terkait berita pemukulan yang dilakukan Habib Bahar bin Smith di Lapas Kelas IIA Gunung Sindur, Kepala kantor wilayah Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Ka-Kanwil) Jawa Barat, Sudjonggo menuturkan pihaknya akan melakukan pemeriksan lebih dalam terkait adanya berita insiden penganiayaan di lapas Kelas IIA Gunung Sindur.
“Sudah saya delegasikan ke Kepala Divisi Pemasyarakatan (Kadivpas) untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan terkait berita tersebut,” kata Sudjonggo saat dihubungi, Kamis (19/8/21).
Menurutnya, Semua kejadian harus lebih di pahami dan didalami secara transparan agar tidak timbul permasalahan baru, adapun beredarnya berita terkait penganiayaan di Lapas Gunung Sindur yang dilakukan Habib Bahar kepada Ryan Jombang harus diketahui terlebih dahulu awal permasalahan.
“Kita akan tindaklanjuti lebih dalam, siapa yang dipukul dan memukul karena semuanya harus di temukan akar mula permasalahannya dan tentunya akan ditindaklanjuti dengan tegas karena hal tersebut jelas bertentangan dengan hukum,” paparnya.
