PALEMBANG, BERITA TERKINI -Yayasan Bantuan Hukum Sumatera Selatan Beradilan (YBH SSB) mengandeng Koalisi Peduli Pendidikan Sumatera Selatan (KPP SS) untuk membuka posko pengaduan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Hal itu dikatakan Ketua YBH SSB, KMS M Sigit Muhaimin SH saat ditemui di Kantor YBH SSB pada Sabtu (18/6/2022)
“Untuk mengantisipasi dugaan adanya kecurangan dalam proses PPDB, Kami gandeng KPP SS minimal dapat mengurangi kecurangan dalam proses tersebut,”kata Sigit Muhaimin
Menurut dia, bagi masyarakat yang menemukan atau mengindikasi adanya dugaan kecurangan dalam proses PPDB jangan sungkan sungkan untuk melaporkannya dengan pihaknya.
“Intinya, jika ada indikasi terjadinya kecurangan atau kejanggalan segera laporkan dengan Kami. Nanti kami siap membantu para calon wali murid yang merasa dirugikan oleh pihak lembaga pendidikan akibat proses PPDB tersebut,” tegasnya
Sigit menambahkan bagi masyarakat jangan takut, bantuan hukum ini kami berikan secara gratis tanpa di pungut biaya apa pun khususnya bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu.
“Bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu kami siap mendampingi dan berikan bantuan hukum secara Gratis,” jelas dia.
perwakilan KPP SS, Rizky Pratama Saputra di dampingi rekannya Ichwan Aridanu mengatakan dengan dibukanya posko pengaduan ini diharapkan untuk penyelenggaraan PPDB dapat sesuai dengan prosedur, hak dak akses masyarakat dapat dibuka secara merata.
“Semua orang memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mendapatkan hak besekolah dimana dia bisa bersekolah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan,” kata Rizky.
Rizky mengatakan KPP SS ini di bentuk sebagai kontrol sosial dalam hal pemantauan dan pengawasan dalam dunia pendidikan terutama pengawasan dalam proses PPDB ini.
“Posko pengaduan akan dimulai ketika PPDB dimulai, prosedur pengaduan bisa langsung datang ke kantor kami di Jalan Residen Abdul Rozak Komp PHDM IV No 18 c Kota Palembang atau bisa hubungi di nomor 0823 2598 9200 atau 0856 6944 0782,”kata Rizky.
Lebih lanjut, Rizky mengatakan untuk pengaduan secara regulasi pelapor bisa dirahasiakan tetapi bila ada permasalahan tertentu yang spesifik, ada yang tidak bisa dirahasiakan.
Bukan itu saja, bagi masyarakat yang belum tahu hal ini tenang saja kami sudah menyebar spanduk pemberitahuan di beberapa tempat yang tersebar di Kota Palembang.
“Kami sudah memasang spanduk pengumuman di beberapa tempat, seperti di Jl Srijaya Negara, Jl Gotong Royong, Jakabaring, Simpang 3 Lampu Merah Bukit, Jakabaring, Kertapati bahkan tempat lainnya,”ujar Rizky.
Jadi, menurut Rizky jangan takut untuk melaporkan dugaan kecurangan yang dilakukan pihak lembaga pendidikan ke kami dan tenang saja identitas masyarakat (Pelapor red) di jamin kerahasiaannya.
“Kalau tidak sekarang kapan lagi, kita akan kawal terus PPDB agar dalam pelaksanaannya sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku,”pungkasnya
Sementara itu, salah satu warga yang ditemui pada saat pemasangan spanduk di salah satu tempat mengatakan kami sangat berterima kasih dengan ada posko ini sangat membantu para calon wali murid nantinya.
“Terima kasih, kami selaku orang tua calon siswa sangat merasa terbantu untuk melakukan pelaporan apabila pihak sekolah ada dugaan kecurangan. Semoga posko ini diharapkan dapat membantu para wali murid,” pungkas dia. (DN/RZP)
