MEDAN – BERITATERKINI.COM – Harga minyak goreng atau migor curah di Sumatera Utara, hingga kini masih berada di atas harga eceran tertinggi (HET). Jika kondisi ini berlangsung berlarut-larut, Sumut diprediksi akan terkena badai inflasi.
Salah satu upaya mengantisipasi inflasi terjadi, Gubernur Sumut, Edy Rahmayadi akan segera menempatkan personil atau petugas khusus untuk mengawasi langsung penjualan migor curah. Terutama pada pasar-pasar tradisional yang berada di Kota Medan sebagai contoh.
“Kenapa bisa seperti ini, itu yang ingin kita luruskan. Mulai besok akan ada petugas di sini yang mengawasinya dan mengatur harga ini,” kata Edy saat melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) di Pusat Pasar Medan, Jl. MT Haryono Selasa, (29/3/2022).
Dalam sidak, Gubsu Edy turut membawa Kepala Kantor Perwakilan BI Sumut, Doddy Zulverdi, perwakilan distributor, Kepala Dinas Perindag Sumut, Aspan Sofian Batubara, dan Tim Pengendali Inflasi Daerah (KPID). Tujuannya agar bisa bersama-sama mengetahui kondisi riil di lapangan perihal HET migor curah ini. Adapun HET migor curah saat ini, senilai Rp15.500.
“Saya minta maaf kepada rakyat semua, termasuk pedagang saya ikut campur mengatur harga ini. Kalau tidak tegas kita atur, kasihan rakyat (konsumen). Dan pada akhirnya mengganggu inflasi kita,” tegas mantan Pangkostrad tersebut.
Melalui interaksi antara Gubsu Edy dengan sejumlah pedagang terungkap, bahwa harga migor curah cukup bervariasi dan masih berada di atas HET, mulai dari Rp18 ribu sampai Rp20 ribu. Padahal menurut pihak distributor, mereka menjual migor curah perkilonya hanya Rp14.450. Sedangkan mengenai stok, migor curah di Sumut disebut surplus.
Inflasi
Menurut Edy, saat ini Inflasi Provinsi Sumut sudah berada diangka 2,45 persen atau sekitar 0,15 persen dari jarak limit batas yang ditetapkan BI.
“Pak Doddy mewarning saya kalau persentase ini sampai di atas 3 lebih inflasi, Itu sama dengan tensi. Tensi orang sudah, bisa stroke kita nanti. Kalau sudah stroke yang dagang terganggu, yang belanja (konsumen) terganggu. Semua terganggu,” ungkapnya.
Karenanya selain di Pusat Pasar, Pemprov Sumut juga akan menempatkan petugas di pasar-pasar lain di Kota Medan.
“Harus diatur harganya. Berapa keluarnya, dijualnya berapa. Yang nakal, ya minta maaf saya akan taruh petugas. Tapi memang tak bisa juga satu-satu saya cek. Saya lihat sampel (contoh) sebagai bahan untuk tindakan saya,” tegas Edy.
Ia meminta maaf kepada para pedagang atas upaya yang akan dilakukan ini. Terlebih menjelang hari besar seperti Ramadan dan Idul Fitri, ia tak ingin berspekulasi bahwa harga migor curah ini lantaran adanya permainan dari pedagang.
Begitupun diakui dia, pengawasan yang akan dilakukan tidak segampang yang direncanakan. Intinya upaya ini bermaksud agar badai inflasi di Sumut tidak sampai terjadi.
“Nanti akan kita pastikan mulai dari awal distribusi, sampai turun ke pembeli. Begitu ada hal-hal yang salah, kita akan tindak. Karena ada perda (peraturan daerah) di situ dan akan saya lakukan,” kata Edy seraya mengajak masyarakat tidak perlu panik membeli migor curah karena stok sangat mencukupi. (LM-02)
