Palembang,Berita Terkini.Co.Id Puluhan massa dari Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Suara Informasi Rakyat Sriwijaya (SIRA) gelar aksi unjuk rasa damai di depan Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel), terkait dugaan Korupsi Kolusi Nepotisme (KKN) dilingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, Kamis (16/6/2022)
Direktur SIRA sekaligus Koordinator Aksi Rahmat Sandi Iqbal. SH. yang di dampingi oleh Rahmat Hidayat.SH. sebagai Koordinator Lapangan, mengatakan bahwasanya Korupsi menyampaikan bahwa KKN adalah suatu tindakan yang sangat merugikan bagi setiap masyarakat dan negara, karena hanya menguntungkan suatu pihak tertentu yang memiliki kekuasaan berlebih sehingga rakyatlah yang akan dirugikan.
“Karena itu setiap hal yang berhubungan dengan KKN harus cepat dihilangkan dan dihapuskan dari kebiasaan mayarakat Indonesia, khususnya di belahan bumi Sriwijaya ini,” Ujarnya.
Rahmat juga mengatakan sebagaimana yang telah kami laporkan hari ini ke Kejati Sumsel terkait dugaan 6 paket kegiatan di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Banyuasin, antara lain.
“Penamabahan Ruang Kelas Baru SMP IT AI Karim Kec. Sekayu, yang dikerjakan oleh DELVI STIIL SKY, senilai Rp. 4.630.616.935,03, dan Rehabilitasi Ruang Kelas SMPN 2 Lalan (DAK), yang dikerjakan oleh CV. SINERGI MANDIRI UTAMA, senilai Rp. 1.494.680.709,45, serta Rehabilitasi Ruang Kelas SMP UPT Pangkalan Kresik (DAK), yang dikerjakan oleh CV. REFORMA PRATAMA MANDIRI, senilai Rp. 1.244.771.203,43,” bebernya.
“Rehabilitasi Ruang Kelas SMPN 1 Sanga Desa (DAK), yang dikerjakan oleh CV. AGUNG SEJATI, senilai Rp. 1.105.492.000,00, dan Rehabilitasi Ruang Kelas SMPN 2 Keluang (DAK), yang dikerjakan oleh WIRAJAYA SARANA, senilai Rp. 1.015.932.102,74, serta Rehabilitasi Ruang Kelas SMPN 1 Batanghari Leko (DAK), yang dikerjakan oleh CV. MUDA KARYA, senilai Rp. 1.014.761.094,05,” tambahnya.
Lebih lanjut Rahmat Sandi kembali menyampaikan dugaan 3 paket pekerjaan di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Banyuasin, yaitu Rehabilitasi SMPN 1 Muara Padang (DAK SMP), yang dikerjakan oleh MAHIRAH KARYA, senilai Rp 2 038 418 800,00.
“Rehabilitasi SMPN 1 Makarti Jaya (DAK SMP), yang dikerjakan oleh CV. LIMA SAUDARA, senilai Rp. 2.110.816.400,00, serta Rehabilitasi SMPN 1 Selat Penuguan (DAK SMP), yang dikerjakan oleh CV. Gempar Jaya, senilai Rp. 2.063.545.000,00,” Ungkapnya.
Dalam rangka mendukung tata kelola keuangan Negara oleh Pemerintah Daerah mewujudkan Pemerintahan yang Good Governance yang bersih dan bebas dari tindak pidana korupsi, maka dari pada itu kami dari SIRA hari ini menggelar aksi demonstrasi Mendesak Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumsel untuk :
Atas dugaan tersebut Rahmat Sandi meminta dan mendesak Kejati Sumsel untuk mengusut Tuntas semua kasus yang di duga terindikasikan penyelewengan, persekongkolan dan dugaan praktik-praktik KKN dalam realisasi pekerjaan dan pelelangan di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Musi banyuasin dan Kabupaten Banyuasin.
“Penggil dan periksa oknum-oknum yang diduga terlibat dan bertanggungjawab dalam pekerjaan dan pelelangan pengadaan barang di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dan Kabupaten Banyuasin, yaitu Kepala Dinas, PPK, PPTK dan pihak pelaksana,” ungkapnya.Tegakkan Supremasi Hukum dan Tangkap Koruptor,” seru Rahmat Sandi Iqbal.
Sementara aksi unjuk rasa tersebut di terima langsung oleh Kasie Penkum Kejati Sumsel M. Radian SH. Mengucapkan terima kasih kepada SIRA yang telah memberikan Informasi dugaan KKN tersebut, namun untuk laporan ny kami harapkan bisa di masukan PTSP Kejati Sumsel dan kami akan periksa kelengkapan dokumen laporan tersebut,”pungkasnya .
