Denpasar.Beritaterkini.co.id. Pihak Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Denpasar melakukan penyelidikan terkait video viral warga negara asing (WNA) yang mengencingi motornya di perempatan McD Sanur, Kota Denpasar, Bali. Pihak Imigrasi Denpasar kini tengah mengumpulkan bahan dan keterangan terkait dugaan pelanggaran norma sosial yang dilakukan sang bule.
“Tim kita sedang pulbaket (pengumpulan bahan dan keterangan),” kata Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Denpasar Tedy Riyandi.
Pihak Kepolisian masih melakukan pencarian terhadap nomor kendaraan yang
digunakan. Koordinasi juga dilakukan dengan Dinas Perhubungan setempat untuk pengecekan CCTV yang ada di lokasi, karena berdasarkan video viral tersebut, plat nomor kendaraan tidak terlihat dengan jelas sehingga menyulitkan pihak Kepolisian untuk menemukan identitas WNA tersebut.
“Sampai saat ini, kami masih terus berkoordinasi dengan pihak Kepolisian serta pihak terkait lainnya sembari menunggu hasil informasi terbaru”, ungkap Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Denpasar Tedy Riyandi.
Menurut Tedy, pengumpulan barang bukti dan keterangan mulai dilakukan oleh pihaknya di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Denpasar, mulai dari tadi pagi usai adanya pemberitaan dari berbagai media massa.
“Tadi pagi (mulai dilakukan pengumpulan bahan dan keterangan) setelah berita,” jelas Tedy.
Sementara itu, Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kanwil Kemenkumham) Bali Anggiat Napitupulu mengungkapkan, hingga saat ini belum ada penanganan dari aparat penegak hukum (APH) lainnya. Ia telah menugaskan Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Denpasar untuk melakukan penyelidikan.
“Untuk menyikapi itu saya sudah memerintahkan ke Imigrasi Denpasar untuk menindaklanjutinya. Tapi hasil tindak lanjutnya belum saya dapatkan, karena saya perintah baru tadi,” terang Anggiat.
Anggiat menegaskan, bahwa bule itu diduga melanggar norma sosial di tempat umum. Ada instansi lain sebagai pemegang payung hukumnya. Mengenai kearifan lokal tentunya diatur dalam peraturan daerah (Perda) di daerah.
“Sifatnya ke APH lain kita nanya ke Pemda saja. Ini terkait berita viral. Ya mereka bilang belum ada tindakan, belum ada follow up. (Koordinasinya) ke Kota Denpasar. Dan mereka tahunya juga setelah viral,” ujarnya.
“Kita juga mendalaminya setelah viral. Mungkin teman-teman Imigrasi Denpasar mencari tahu dulu pemilik akun siapa, akunnya di mana dan orangnya di mana sekarang,” tutur Anggiat.(red /kur)
