Ketua sekaligus Koordinator Aksi Rahmat Sandi Iqbal,SH mengatakan kami meminta Kejari Sumsel untuk segera menyelidiki dugaan tindak pidana KKN,pembangunan Gedung Kantor Polsek Seberang Ulu Satu Palembang,APBN TA 2022 senilai Rp.4.784.770.000 yang dikerjakan oleh CV. RADJA PERSADA (PPK: GS)
PEMELIHARAAN JALAN DAHLAN HY (MASKAREBET RAYA) KEC. ALANG- ALANG LEBAR, APBD TA. 2022, senilai Rp. 993.250.000,- yang dikerjakan oleh CV. MALIKCO. (PPK; MH)
PEMELIHARAAN JALAN DAN DRAINASE JALAN TANJUNG MAJID KEL. TALANG KELAPA KEC. ALANG-ALANG LEBAR, APBD TA. 2022 senilai Rp. 993.760.000,- yang dikerjakan oleh PARASWIDA CIPTA WIGUNA. (PPK; MH).bebernya.
Di tambahkan Koordinator lapangan Rahmat Hidayat,SE meminta usut-tuntas indikasi KKN dilingkungan Dinas PUPR Kota Palembang pada 3 item kegiat yang telah kami uraikan diatas 2: Panggil dan periksa oknum kepala Dinas PUPR, PPK, PPTK dan Kontraktor pelaksana kegiatan, untuk diperiksa dan dimintai keterangan sesuai dengan ketentuan Hukum berlaku
Dalam rangka membantu APH/Aparat Penegak Hukum dalam melakukan tindakan dalam laporan nanti kami juga menyerahkan laporan pengaduan yang disertakan bahan pendukung seperti KAK. Rancangan Kontrak, BQ, Gambar dan Spesifikasi tekhnis yang kami anggap telah memenuhi ketentuan “PP 43 Tahun 2018”. ungkapnya.
Meminta kepada JAM Pengawasan Kejagung RI dan Komisi Kejaksaan RI untuk mengawasi kinerja Kejri Palembang beserta jajarannya dalam menindaklanjuti perkara indikasi KKN pada pekerjaan ini. Agar kasus indikasi KKN pekerjaan ini benar-benar diperiksa sesuai dengan ketentuan Hukum yang berlaku
Tegakkan Supremasi Hukum, Tangkap dan Adili KORUPTOR,”harapnya.
Aksi unjuk rasa dari SIRA di terima Kejari Sumsel yang di wakilkan oleh Kasi Intel Fandie Hasibuan SH.MH,mengucapkan terima kasih kepada SIRA yang masih percaya kepada Kejari Kota Palembang dalam hal penanganan kasus dugaan Korupsi,apa yang di sampaikan akan kami teruskan dan di proses sesuai jenjang yang ada,”tandasnya.(RZP).
