PALEMBANG, Beritaterkini.co.id -Aparat Kepolisian Sektor Sanga Desa, Polres Musi Banyuasin, diduga tidak serius menjalankan maklumat Kapolda Sumatera Selatan tentang larangan pemutaran house music atau remix pada pesta hajatan masyarakat.
Pasalnya, pada hari Senin (6/5/2024) di Desa Keban 1 Kecamatan Sanga Desa berlangsung pesta hajatan yang menghadirkan DJ dan memutar house music atau remix.
Aparat Polsek Sanga Desa baru turun ke lokasi membubarkan pesta tersebut sekira pukul 16.00 WIB atau menjelang kegiatan tersebut usai.
Dari beberapa video yang beredar nampak puluhan pedagang minuman keras berjajar di lokasi pesta menjajakan dagangannya. Dan disinyalir pesta yang digelar oleh warga Keban 1 atas nama Suandi itu, jadi ajang peredaran narkoba jenis ekstasi.
Koordinator Aktifis Peduli Masyarakat Sumsel menilai Polsek Sanga Desa sangat tidak serius menjalani perintah Kapolda Sumsel, sehingga terkesan melakukan pembiaran pada pesta yang menghadirkan DJ dan memutar musik remix.
“Dari keterangan resminya, Polsek Sanga Desa katanya sudah memberikan himbauan kepada tuan rumah sejak hari Jumat 3 Mei 2024 lalu. Tapi anehnya saat hari pelaksanaan polisi baru datang ketika pesta hampir selesai pada pukul 16.00 WIB, ini mau menimbulkan kesan kecolongan atau memang sengaja dibiarkan. Kenapa tidak siagakan petugas di lokasi sejak awal pesta dimulai,” katanya.
Lebih lanjut Koordinator Aktifis Peduli Masyarakat Sumsel juga menyoroti banyaknya minuman keras yang beredar saat pesta berlangsung, dan diduga terjadi peredaran narkoba dikalangan tamu undangan yang hadir.
“Aparat Polsek Sanga Desa hanya fokus mengamankan alat DJ tapi tutup mata dengan lapak pedagang yang menjual minuman keras,” katanya.
Ia pun meminta agar aparat penegak hukum bisa memproses seluruh pihak terkait dengan undang-undang yang berlaku.
“Proses tuan rumah pesta atas nama Suandi, Kapolda Sumsel dan Kapolres Muba harus berikan sanksi kepada Polsek Sanga Desa karena lalai. Pj Bupati Musi Banyuasin juga harus memberikan teguran kepada Pemerintah Desa Keban 1 karena tidak bisa menjaga kondusifitas masyarakat, terlebih lagi kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di Balai milik pribadi Kepala Desa,” tukasnya.(*)
