WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID, Menjelang Wing Day atau penyematan Brivet Terjun Statik Para Dasar, 18 Taruna Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) Tingkat lV Korps Marinir Angkatan ke-66 Tahun 2020, mengikuti latihan praktek penerjunan malam dengan menggunakan pesawat Casa TNI AL NC-212 Aviocar U-6216 yang bertolak dari landasan Skuadron 600, Puspenerbal Juanda, Selasa petang kemarin.
Wakil Gubernur AAL Brigjen TNI (Mar) Endi Supardi, S.E, mewakili Gubernur AAL Laksda TNI Edi Sucipto, S.E., M.M. meninjau pelaksanaan Lattek Terjun Statik Para Dasar yang memasuki tahap penerjunan malam di Hanggar Heli Skuadron 400, Puspenerbal Juanda bersama Seklem AAL, Dirlog AAL, Direnbang AAL, Danmen AAL, Kadepmar AAL, Dan Wing Udara 2 dan Komandan Lanudal Juanda.
Pada kesempatan tersebut Wagub AAL melihat dari dekat proses persiapan 18 Taruna AAL Korps Marinir ini saat mempersiapkan diri memasuki pesawat Casa TNI AL NC-212 Aviocar U-6216 yang dipiloti Capt. Pilot : Mayor Laut (P) Febriyanto dan Co. Pilot : Kapten Laut (P) Ruben di landasan pacu Skuadron 600.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Endi -sapaan Wagub AAL ini- menyampaikan bahwa Gubernur AAL sangat ingin hadir dan menyaksikan latihan terjun malam para taruna Korps Marinir ini, namun ada tugas lain sehingga memerintahkan Wagub untuk mewakilinya.
Menurut Wagub AAL, Lattek Terjun Statik Para Dasar merupakan salah satu kualifikasi keterampilan terjun payung yang harus dimiliki prajurit komando Marinir dalam pelaksanaan tugas di medan operasi.
Sebagai calon perwira dan prajurit Korps Marinir yang berkualifikasi pasukan pendarat, perlu dan harus dibekali kemampuan terjun guna memiliki keahlian yang lebih. Ini sesuai tuntutan tugas yang akan diemban dalam merebut dan menguasai tumpuan pantai pendaratan.
Tentunya penguasaan tersebut lanjut Wagub AAL, selain melalui laut memungkinkan juga melalui mobilitas udara ataupun untuk mendukung infiltrasi udara di belakang garis pertahanan lawan. Dengan demikian, manfaatkan kesempatan latihan Para Dasar ini dengan sebaik-baiknya.
“Saya meyakini bahwa latihan yang dimulai sejak 20 Juli lalu dan akan berakhir 6 Agustus mendatang ini, bisa kalian lewati dengan baik. Aplikasikan semua teori yang sudah diterima selama pelatihan, semangat, focus ikuti instruksi pelatih dan ciptakan kepercayaan diri bahwa kalian bisa melaksanakan terjun malam dengan baik serta utamakan keselamatan,” pintanya.

Untuk Lattek Terjun Statik Para Dasar Taruna Korps Marinir yang berlangsung selama 18 hari ini, diawali ground training, dilanjutkan beberapa penerjunan meliputi latihan terjun tanpa senjata dan bersenjata serta terjun malam yang dikerjakan baik slow jump maupun fast jump, baik melalui ramp door maun pintu samping dan diakhiri dengan wing day.
