JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Ketua KPK Firli Bahuri menegaskan pihaknya akan terus mencari politikus PDIP, Harun Masiku tersangka suap kepada eks Komisioner KPU, Wahyu Setiawan sampai tertangkap.
“Kita cari sampai tertangkap,” kata Firli kepada wartawan, Kamis (23/01/2020).
Ia mengaku bahwa semua tersangka kasus korupsi akan tertangkap.
“Pengalaman saya tersangka tindak pidana korupsi tidak ada yang tidak tertangkap,” ujarnya.
Sementara, Wakil Ketua KPK Lili Pintauli Siregar mengatakan pihaknya tidak bisa menyampaikan sejauh mana proses pencarian Harun Masiku. Proses pencarian secara maksimal masih terus dilakukan oleh tim penyidik KPK.
“(Proses pencarian) itu saya nggak tahu, kan penyidik yang punya pekerjaan mencari ke mana saja, yang pasti semua melibatkan kepada hukum, keluarkan DPO, kemudian cekal, ke mana mencari saya tidak tahu persis, kalau pun tahu saya tidak bisa menginformasikan. Ketika sudah terang benderang saja, kan itu harus menjadi target maksimalnya para penyidik ya,” kata Lili.
Sebelumnya Kepala Biro Humas Kemenkum HAM Bambang Wiyono menyatakan Harun saat ini sudah berada di Indonesia. Harun diketahui sempat berada di Singapura pada 6 Januari 2020 dan kembali ke Tanah Air pada 7 Januari 2020.
“Sudah beberapa waktu yang lalu sebenarnya kita peroleh (data perlintasan terkait Harun), karena banyak sekali yang tanya juga. Baru hari ini kami berkesempatan untuk menyampaikan. Jangan sampai informasinya salah,” ujar Bambang dalam konferensi pers di kantornya, Jalan HR Rasuna Said, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (21/01/2020).
“Jadi keberadaan terakhir sudah ada di Indonesia dan berdasarkan catatan Ditjen Keimigrasian juga sudah dicegah, artinya yang bersangkutan tidak boleh ke luar negeri,” lanjutnya.
