Pada Kesempatan Itu Leo Maria Basuki , menyampaikan kehadirannya ketemu Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah dengan jajaran yang lengkap sebagai dukungan PT. PLN terhadap upaya dan harapan Gubernur untuk meningkatkan Pembangunan Sulawesi Tengah , PLN siap mendukung dari sesi Pasokan Listik sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat dan Kebutuhan Industri yang saat ini sementara berkembang di Sulawesi Tengah.
Selanjutnya Leo Maria Basuki , juga menyampaikan agar Gubernur memberikan dukungan untuk menyampaikan kepada Seluruh ASN untuk memanfaatkan Layanan PLN Mobile , PLN Mobile menyediakan seluruh layanan PLN kepada Pelanggan.
Selanjutnya Leo Maria Basuki , menyampaikan bahwa PT. PLN akan membangun Stasiun Pengisian Mobil Listrik pada Kantor PT.PLN Palu yang diharapkan dapat diremikan Gubernur bulan Desember 2021, selanjutnya kalau berkenan diberikan lokasi di kantor Gubernur dibangun Depot Pengisian Daya untuk Mobil Listrik .
Leo Maria Basuki , menyampaikan melalui dana CSR PT.PLN juga akan memberikan Gratis pemsangan PLN kepada 500 KK Masyarakat Pra Sejahtra di Sulawesi Tengah.
Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah H. Rusdy Mastura , Mengapresiasi dukungan PT. PLN untuk mempercepat Loncatan Pembangunan di Sulawesi Tengah , Gubernur Menyampaikan Sulawesi Tengah harus dipaksa untuk dapat melakukan loncatan kalau tidak pasti kita tidak bisa mengejar ketertinggalan.
Gubernur menyampaikan untuk melakukan loncatan maka dilakukan program Smart Village yang akan di Lounching Besok oleh Menteri Desa , Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi di Desa Pakuli , pembangunan Smart Village akan didanai oleh Kementrian Desa , Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi bukan dana APBD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.
Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah Juga menyampaikan terimakasih atas ketersediaan daya sebesar 2.170 MW yang disiapkan PT. PLN (Persero) untuk ketersedian daya Listrik baik untuk masyarakat dan Industri.
