GRAK Menyuarakan Penolakan Atas Putusan Hakim Terkait Vonis Debi Destiana Diduga Janggal

PALEMBANG ,Berita Terkini.Co.Id– Gelora Rakyat Akan Keadilan (GRAK) menyuarakan penolakan atas putusan hakim terkait vonis yang dijatuhkan kepada Debi Destiana (27) terpidana kasus narkoba di Palembang, Sumatera Selatan, yang divonis hakim delapan tahun penjara,dukungan penolakan vonis hakim terus bergulir Kali.

Ketua Koordinatir Grak Fini Aria Ismail,mengatakan bahwa sikap penyuaraan penolakan atas vonis hakim kepada Debi Destiana ini merupakan bentuk solidaritas kaum perempuan atas nasib Debi yang dianggap menjadi korban dari hasil keputusan oknum hakim yang diduga janggal,”Ungkap Fini di dampingi Sekretaris Grak Aisyah dan beberapa anggota saat memberikan keterangan Press kepada awak media di Kedai Kopi Dusun, kampus Palembang,Jumaat (14/01/22)

Putusan hakim tersebut diduga kuat tidak memenuhi rasa keadilan karena dalam fakta persidangan tidak ditemukan bukti yang cukup kuat atas apa yang dituntut kepada terdakwa, bahkan terjadi disenting opinion dalam pengambilan keputusan majelis hakim.

“Kami minta Debi untuk dibebaskan karena dia tidak bersalah.

GRAK kami selaku kelompok yang rakyat peduli keadilan mendukung penuh upaya penegak hukum dalam memberantas peredaran narkoba dengan menghukum mereka yang terbukti bersalah. Namun, dirinya menilai tidak berarti semua yang duduk di kursi terdakwa adalah orang yang bersalah dan perlu dibuktikan dalam persidangan.

“Kami Duga tiidak ada alat bukti yang kuat yang menyebutkan Debi berperan sebagai bendahara. Transfer uang yang disangkakan sebagai aliran transaksi narkoba juga tidak terbukti, uang itu adalah pinjaman gadai sertifikat rumah” cetus Fini seraya mengatakan “BEBASKAN DEBI” dengan raut wajah geram

Menurut Fini, Debi saat ini terpaksa harus menjalani hukuman untuk hal yang tidak dilakukannya. Diketahui, tim penasihat hukum telah mengajukan banding atas putusan hakim.

“Info yang kami terima, putusan hakim yang kami duga terindikasi janggal ini akan dilaporkan ke Mahkamah Agung dan Komisi III DPR RI. Kami mendukung penuh Langkah tersebut,” pungkasnya.

Terdakwa kasus narkoba, Debi Desita, sebelumnya merupakan tenaga kesehatan (Nakes)  berstatus pegawai honorer di salah satu rumah sakit daerah di Sumsel. Debi diadili bersama ketiga anggota keluarganya Mat Geplek (52), Faridah (56) dan Marcelia (40).

Dalam amar putusan, majelis hakim menyatakan para terdakwa terbukti bersalah dengan hukuman tujuh tahun penjara untuk Mat Geplek dan delapan tahun penjara untuk tiga terdakwa lainnya,” pungkasnya.(DN/RZP)
