Sumsel, Beritaterkini, – Kepastian hukum Kasus Dugaan Penipuan yang dilakukan oleh oknum mantan PPK Kecamatan Banyuasin III, Inisial P kini diduga belum ada kejelasan, dari itu.

Dr, Samsir Muhda, dan kawan-kawan Kuasa Hukum Edi anhar, meminta kepada pihak Kepolisian Resor Kabupaten Banyuasin untuk segera menunjukan hasil Pemeriksaan mereka serta menetapkan tersangka dalam pemeriksaan yang dilakukan.

“Selaku Penasehat hukum pelapor ketika unsur hukum. Dan alat bukti sudah terpenuhi. Mohon kepada pihak penyidik agar segra menyerahkan berkas klien kami ke pihak Penuntut umum, “Ucap, Dr. Samsir muhda dan kawan-kawan Kuasa Hukum Edi anhar, Selasa. 22/2/22. ketika dihubungi,

Dirinya meminta kepada aparat penegak hukum untuk memberikan kepastian hukum ke kliennya yang telah lama melaporkan dugaan penipuan yang dilakukan oleh oknum mantan PPK Kecamatan Banyuasin III.

“Agar Klien saya ini segra mendapatkan kepastian hukumnya,”Tegasnya. (*)
