Firli Bahuri : Kerja KPK Diuji di Pengadilan, Bukan Hasil Ramalan, Bukan Beropini dan Bukan Hasil Halusinasi

Jakarta.Beritaterkini.co.id. Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Firli Bahuri menegaskan bahwa pihaknya tidak membeda-bedakan dalam melakukan proses penegakan hukum terhadap mereka yang diduga melakukan tindak pidana korupsi.

Sebab, kata Firli, semua yang dilakukan oleh KPK merupakan proses hukum, sehingga tidak seorangpun akan menjadi tersangka kecuali karena perbuatannya atau keadaannya berdasarkan bukti permulaan yang cukup patut diduga selaku pelaku tindak pidana.

Oleh karena hal inilah, tegas Firli, KPK tidak pandang bulu menindak siapapun pelaku tindak pidana korupsi jika berdasarkan keterangan dan bukti-bukti ditemukan adanya peristiwa pidana.

Kerja-kerja KPK diuji di Pengadilan. Jadi bukan hasil ramalan, bukan beropini, dan bukan hasil halusinasi. Saya pastikan bahwa proses yang terjadi di KPK adalah proses hukum,” kata Firli kepada media.

Firli memastikan KPK bekerja profesional sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Sebab, kata Firli, KPK bekerja berlandaskan dengan asas hukum acara pidana juga UU KPK. Dan penegakkan hukum tidak boleh melanggar hukum itu sendiri.

“Jika ada yang dianggap tidak pas, silahkan menggunakan jalur hukum yang sudah tersedia. Kita bekerja sesuai dengan asas-asas hukum pidana dan UU KPK,” imbuh Firli.

Firli mengatakan, bukti semua proses hukum yang terjadi di KPK sama lantaran sudah 106 orang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan ditahan oleh lembaga antirasuah ini sejak 6 Januari sampai 25 September 2022 dengan syarat, prosedur dan mekanisme yang sama.

“Jadi kalau sekarang ada yang membangun opini, kita patut dan harus curiga. Jangan-jangan dia bekerja sesuai pesanan dan mengikuti operator atau bisa jadi mereka adalah pihak yang bertindak sebagai juru penyelamat dan operator supaya penegakan hukum tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya sehingga bebas lepas dari jeratan hukum,” beber Firli.

“Gubernur Papua LE juga penanganan hukumnya sama dengan tersangka lainnya. Tapi kenapa penangan dugaan korupsi pada penyelenggaraan FE (Formula E) mereka membuat narasi yang berbeda bak langit dan bumi,” kata Firli lagi.

Sebelumnya dalam sebuah laporan koran Tempo menyebut bahwa Firli menginginkan agar Anies menjadi tersangka dalam kasus penyelenggaraan Formula E yang kini tengah ditangani oleh KPK.

Dalam laporan koran Tempo itu, Firli memaksa kasus ini dinaikan ke tahap penyidikan meski dikatakan oleh koran Tempo berdasarkan sumbernya, kasus tersebut belum cukup bukti untuk dinaikkan ke tahap penyidikan.(red /tim)
