Ya, di tengah padatnya rutinitas pelayanan Warga Binaan Lapas Kelas 1 Sukamiskin, Kalapas Elly Yuzar dan sebagai instruktur KPLP Beni Hidayat. AMd.IP.,SH.,MH. melaksanakan olahraga bersama seluruh ASN yang bertuigas di Lapas Sukamiskin danTaruna/Taruni Poltekip.

Kalapas Elly Yuzar menjelaskan bahwa olahraga bersama itu merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Kegiatan olahraga yang dilaksanakan berupa gerakan pemanasan statis, pemasnan dinamis seperti Joging, Push Up, Sit Up, Leg shift dan gerakan pendinginan.

“Selain dalam rangka meningkatkan imun tubuh melalui kegiatan olahraga, juga dalam rangka pembinaan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja para pegawai,” jelas Kalapas Elly Yuzar.

Dipaparkan Kalapas Elly Yuzar, Lapas sudah memiliki program rutin olahraga bersama dengan warga binaan setiap hari Sabtu pagi. “Tentunya diharapkan warga binaan memiliki peningkatan imun tubuh melalui olehraga dalam suasana pandemi Covid-19,” pungkas Kalapas Elly Yuzar. frs
